Maw & Bryant

my second time

Well, here I am again, typing for myself this time(alot slower) but neverthe less here. I slept most of the day today. Yesterday, Jamie brought the boys over and helped me get Jen to the doc. took us to lunch, where we just happen to meet up with Steve and helped with dinner. I can't tell you how much those boys cheer me up. They are so funny and the Word says," a merry heart doth good like a medicine" ,well I get a lot of "medicine" from those two. I LOVE IT!!!!Then there's Luke and Sierra and Tyler so I'm a pretty happy camper.
Cookie took me to get my hair sut today, then to lunch at Swamp John's and then the most important stop, getting the PAIN pills, that's why I slept all afternoon. It was great!!! I went out and watched Steve swim with Sierra and Luke. Tonnie fixed left overs and now I'm on this computer.
I don't think I told you guys that Tonnie and her family are staying with us in the basement apartment while their house is being built. I'm gonna be very sad when they finish. I'll have that nest thing happening again..well, I'll cross that bridge when it gets here. But it will be hard for me.
Matt and Kayla had to have tubes put in Tyler's ear today. Please just pray that Kayla will get some much needed rest now and that Sweet little Tyler will be free from aches, pains and break outs. God is good and He can take care of all things for Tyler. He needs some Doctor free life now...He's 10 months old, walking all over the place, dancing, baby singing and all in all a joy to everyone..He truly is an angel!!! I'm so excited about getting to spend time with them this weekend...I wouldn't miss going for anything.
Well I better close for now I'm tired. See ya soon Betty

Posting a Start!

Hey everybody! I'm a blogger now! Jamie set me up. She's making me dictate my first entry (Hi everyone! ~ Jamie) cause I'm computer illiterate. So maybe this will help me learn. In case you don't know me... I'm Betty, mother of four, plus three spouses, grandmother of five... and loving every minute of it! I've been married to Steve for 30 years... a VERY long time!

I just had surgery. I had my breastbone cracked open, so they could remove a mass behind the esophogas. Everything came back great. I just have to recover.

My husband, son, his wife, and Tyler are taking me to the 'pink house' this weekend in Panama City for some seafood. I'm very much looking forward to it! No beach this time... but the Back Porch is good.

I'd just like to say to all my friends out there, thank you for praying and supporting me during this time. I love you all and couldn't make it without you... friends and family.
